Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, and in its original condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please purchase a sample size of ElementGold before buying a 1kg tub!

To start a return, you can contact us at service@listentoyourgut.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us pictures of the items in the original packaging

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please ensure you protect and pack the products correctly for the return shipment - if the products arrive here damaged, we won’t be able to give you a refund. 

Cancellations must be processed before time of shipment. If your order is not cancelled in time and is refused upon delivery, a shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.  

Important Notes:

1. We are unable to reimburse you for any shipping charges that you incur to return merchandise to us. If you choose to return some or all items on your order, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

2. If you purchase six (6) tubs of ElementGold on your order and receive a 7th tub for 50% off as a result of our "7Plus" loyalty program but later decide to return some or all of your ElementGold tubs for a refund or credit, your discounted tub will be refunded first.

If you attempt to return one (1) tub from a 7plus order for a refund, a refund will be issued on the discounted tub first.
